Custom Design Process

The Process

01 — Initial Inquiry

Share your ideas, inspiration photos, sketches, or any details you already have in mind. If you have an existing stone, include photos, dimensions, or certificates if available.

02 — Design Direction

We’ll refine the design together, discussing details such as stone shape, proportions, setting style, orientation, and overall balance to create a piece that feels intentional and personal.

03 — Quote

Once the design direction is finalized, you’ll receive a custom quote outlining the details of your piece, including materials, stone sourcing, and production.

04 — Deposit

Once approved, a 50% deposit is required before production begins, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.

05 — Crafting

Each piece is handcrafted in Los Angeles by master artisans, from sourcing and production to stone setting, polishing, and final finishing.

06 — Final Delivery

Once complete, your piece is carefully inspected, polished, and prepared for delivery. We’ll keep you updated throughout the final stages before it makes its way to you.

Timeline

Most custom pieces are completed within 3–4 weeks following deposit and final design approval, though timelines may vary depending on the design and stone sourcing.
