Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your Liora piece, but if it isn't quite what you were looking for, we're here to help.
To request a return, please submit a return request within 10 days of your delivery date. Once your request has been approved, your item must be shipped back within 5 days using the provided return label. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Returns sent without prior authorization or shipped outside of the return window cannot be accepted.
If you choose to exchange your piece, your exchange will be considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged again.
A prepaid return label will be provided for all approved returns. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If you're exchanging your item or selecting a different piece, we'll gladly cover the cost of return shipping.
Once your return arrives at our studio, please allow 5–7 business days for it to be processed.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Engraved jewelry
- Discontinued pieces
Complete a form to start your return, and we will provide instructions and a return authorization number within 24 to 48 hours.
