Return & Exchange Policy

At Liora, we’re confident you’ll love your jewelry, but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help. To initiate a return, please submit a return form within 10 days of delivery (exclusions apply). Returns are only accepted on eligible items that are unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging, and must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving a return authorization code.

• Unauthorized returns or returns shipped after 10 days from delivery will not be accepted.

• Exchanges are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged further.

• We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label. For returns, $10 will be deducted from your refund amount. If you choose to exchange or shop for a new item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return or exchange once we’ve received the item in our studio.

Please note:

• Custom orders, custom and half-sized pieces, engraved items, and archive pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Complete a form to start your return, and we will provide instructions and a return authorization number within 24 to 48 hours.
